Windows app question

Knecht, David
I am new to Fiji on Windows 10 and have a problem I don’t know how to solve.  I want the computer to open all images in .tif format (from Micro-manager) to open in Fiji when double clicked.  I set the “always open with” to ImageJ in the Fiji folder.  However, if I have an image open in Fiji and double click another file, it opens another instance of Fiji instead of opening a new window in the open Fiji.  How do I get it to behave?  Thanks- Dave

Re: Windows app question

Thanks for the hint.  That worked in that it only opens one instance of Fiji now.  However, if you close Fiji, only the first image opened actually closes.  The others stay open.  Is that expected?  Thanks- Dave

Hi Dave,

Sounds like a bug to me. I filed an issue for it:
