Work in progress: embedded applet

Hi,

it is high time that ImageJA (the 'A' standing for 'Applet') starts to
live up to its name. I have played a little bit with the source code, and
you can see a first milestone on

        http://imageja.sourceforge.net/applet.html

This shows an ImageJA applet, which is embedded into the web page. Please
consider this an alpha version.
