I am not aware of any exporter plugins for ICS.

To save as OME-TIFF, use the Bio-Formats Exporter plugin with
extension ".ome.tif" (sorry this is not documented anywhere yet).
Unfortunately, there are currently bugs in the OME-TIFF export in some
cases. I am in the process of cleaning up the Bio-Formats OME-XML
metadata infrastructure and upgrading things to the new 2007 version
of the OME-XML schema. There should be a release of Bio-Formats soon
containing these improvements and bugfixes. My goal is for Bio-Formats
to provide rock solid conversion into the most recent OME-TIFF format
before the end of the year.
Lastly, Bio-Formats does not yet have the ability to write as OME-XML,
but will be able to do so in the future.
