You can easily run plugins from macros, as the Macro
Recorder shows you, but you don't need a plugin to do
what you want to do. Go to the "Built-in Functions"
link of the Macro Language page of the Online Docs,
http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/developer/macro/functions.html, and search for "histogram". I think you'll find
what you need is already built into the language.
Please reply if you have a specific problem using the
builtin functions.
