X-Ray Voiding Measurments,

Hello All,

I not really an expert on Image J and I want to measure voiding on
electronic component (X-ray Images)
Then I need to know the area that have voids.
Now I'm spend a lot of time making this measurements because y need fill
manually the voiding
(like paint brush)
Could you help me? I don't know if Image J, has some macro or plugin for
this measurements
or some method that be easier that actual.
The image is a 8 bit.
if I use only threshold not all voids are shown because
some components are overlapped or have different gray color
