Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone had a protocol available for using ImageJ to analyze time-lapse images in cells expressing the YC3.60 FRET biosensor.
I have not found a user-friendly method to perform this task.
The problem I'm having is not being able to select a non-rectangular ROI, measure the mean PI in the ROI, then go to the next image in the series to obtain the mean PI in the same ROI.
I have very long image series (up to 1000 images), so automation of this process would make live much easier. I am exporting images obtained at .TIFF extensions.
