acquisition of image

Hi everybody
I hope you can help me, please. I suppose this is a recurrent item, but I would like using free software for acquisition and image analysis, I mean ImageJ, and micromanager if it is necessary. we are going to buy a camera for a microscope, but I do not want to live depending of the company for updating its software. The candidate camera gives signal of the image in pixels (FullHD) and my objective is, using a acquisition commercial card, connect the signal with imageJ. But I think this is not easy. Anyone knows how?
