Hi , I am using ImageJ for polyp measurements. I calculated the area in pixels square. I did not set up the scale before making measurements. But now we have decided to use mm for our area. Is there any way I can convert my area measurements from pixel to millimeters. I do have the scale measurements which are 150 pixels per 1 millimeter. Is there any way I can convert this without redoing the measurements.

your scale measurement says: 150px = 1mm
==>
conversion from square-pixel to square-millimeter: 1px^2=(1/150)^2
mm^2 = 1/22500 mm^2
