Hi all,
I could be missing something, but is there a way to tell the
AnalyzeParticles class to use a different connectivity when uses the
Wand class? Specifically use 4 connectivity instead of 8? I can't seem
to find one.
I think it would be a different call to wand.autoOutline() near the
begining of analyzeParticle(int x, int y, ImagePlus imp, ImageProcessor ip).
Maybe check what the current option is set to?
If I'm not missing something maybe Wayne you could let analyzeParticles
take another argument?
