argument passing to Duplicate

Is there a way to pass the Duplicate Entire Stack argument to
run("Duplicate...", "title=name");

I can't seem to get my macro to duplicate a stack.

run("Duplicate...", "title=name duplicate");

This works for me in 1.39u WindowsXP.  Without the second
"duplicate" it does not pass the entire stack argument.
