Dear ImageJ Mailing List,
I need an advice and I hope that you can help me. I have a set of binary images and I wish to find out the total surface (in square km) occupied by black pixels , for each image in part. Set scale for my images is:
Distance in pixels = 136
Known distance = 20
Unit of lenght = km
Scale = 6,8 pixels / km
Is there a possibility using ImageJ (such as plug-in, macro)?
