Dear all,
I have a series of images of different sigle cells (they are similar but not exactly the same in shape and size), and for each one I get an x-y plot of intensity (y) to position (x) when I call plot profile. My question is if there is any existing command or plug-in can generate an average plot(with error bar) of all these plots.
I also tried to do this using other sofeware, but when I tried to save the lists of the plots I found that the x axis change for each image. How could I define the x axis myself?
