Hi everyone,
My work includes fluorescence imaging of neuronal calcium transients in
response to electrical stimulation. My data are 16- and 32-bit tiff
images ("stacks" where the z dimension is time), with each stack
corresponding to one response to the stimulation. As I repeat the same
stimulation multiple times, I would like to get a average stack
corresponding to the mean response. Thus, I need to do the averaging of
multiple identical stacks. The Calculator Plus plugin allows to do this
for 2 images at once, but it becomes very laborious when I want to
average 15 or 20 stacks.
Does anybody know about a way to do this?
