New bUnwarpJ update:
   
    - Fixed option "Evaluate similarity" from the Input/Output menu to
be able to calculate the similarity of all kind of images.
    - Fixed method "adaptCoefficients" to use double factors.
    - Main command line method shows syntax when no flag is set.
    - Fixed minor bugs and clean code of unused variables.
