Dear all,
I just updated bUnwarpJ (consistent elastic image registration) to fix a
couple of bugs:
- For the sake of clarification, changed "Divergency" to "Divergence" in
all files. Note here that the macros need to be updated to the new
parameter name "divergence_weight"
- Corrected optimal final values to include weight, i.e. optimal value =
final error value * weight.
