I have reinstalled IMagej and upgraded to the newest version.
Bacgkround subtraction now works in green channel but not in blue. (using 50 as
radius and white background option unchecked)

shows the image used. (i uploaded the tiff, but somhows it became png. )
Open the tiff in IMAGEJ Imgae> Color> RGBsplit> then take a historgam before
and after the background subtraction.
Upon examining the histogram, you will see that Green channel mean is lower
after background subtraction. But blue channel mean is identical.
Am I not doing this right?
