batch for folders

Soriano.Joaquim
Hi there!

I have recorded a macro and I would like image j to run that macro in a group of different folders.

It means opening all the files in each folder and processing them (basically: there are individual images belonging to three different channels stacks,  I would like them to become a single RGB picture of the maximum projection). Ideally it would be nice if image j could automatically process an entire group of folders in batch mode.

By using the Process- Batch-Macro command, Image j runs my macro in all the files of a folder. That's the closest I could get. Does anyone know how to make this work?

Thank you very much in advance.
