blood vessel image analysis

Does anyone know where to download the VESGEN plugin for blood vessel analysis? We want to analyze vessels in flat or slightly curving surface views (not cross-sections) and would like to obtain data on diameters, branching and % area occupied by vessels. Any suggestions? Thanks.
