bug: rectangular selection breaks up when moved

I'm running ImageJ 1.49h on Mac. Recently when I move a rectangular selection left/right or up/down using the arrow button, it breaks up into two parts. This didn't happen before. I have attached before and after pictures.

This regression is fixed in the latest ImageJ daily build (1.49i4).
