Hello,
l would like to calculate the changes in the surface of my cell occurring over a certain period of time (for around 40 images in one video), by establishing a threshold. To do that, I open my video in imagej, and go to image==>adjust==>threshold, I adjust the threshold to mark the surface of the cell. Because I want to have the value of the threshold for every image, i click on apply and i mark: calculate threshold for each image and list thresholds. However, when I do this, i can not seem to find the values. Where can I find these values and is this the best way to do this?
Also, for the option method, i choose default. I do not know if this is the best option?
