calibration problem- new in IJ

Esra Sengul (Student)
Dear All,

I'm new in IJ analysis and tried to measure the area of cells. I set the
unit of length as pixel a distance in pixels to 0, known to distance to
0.00, pixel aspect ratio to 1 and global is chosen. The images are 866x718
pixels, RGB.

Now my question is: is it possible to convert my results into µm²?

I'd appreciate any comments!
Best regards,
Esra

There are a few tutorials online regarding this.

Here are two of them.

Found using this search
