can I convert a binary image as an ROI?

I have a binary image (nifti format), any possibility to treat it as an ROI (in ROI manager)?  Thank you

Hi WangPing,

Have a look at Edit>Selection>Create Selection
http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/docs/guide/146-27.html#toc-Subsubsection-27.12.11

If you want individual selections from non-contiguous patches, use
Analyze>Analyze Particles with "Add to Manager"

The first method (create selection) works, thank you very much.I am just curious what does "particles" mean in ImageJ? as you mentioned in your email below.
