can ImageJ compute vessel centerlines?

Hi,

I am a new user of ImageJ and I was just wondering if there was a plugin or a macro already available to compute vessel centerlines in a 2D image? I was thinking that I would need to write my own ImageJ macro to do this, but wanted to make sure that ImageJ doesn't already have this functionality before I do so.
