can't reach imagej.nih.gov

Trying to access the API documentation - Chrome says that imagej.nih.gov <http://imagej.nih.gov/> is acting up and it is blocking access.

Please investigate.

Here is what I got :

imagej.nih.gov uses an
invalid security certificate. The certificate expired on Thursday,
November 22, 2018 at 13:50:17. The current date is 22 November 2018 at
16:27.
