cell counter on stacks

Noa Pinter-Wollman
Hi,
I tried using the 'cell counter' plugin on a stack of images. it works
for small stacks but when i try to initialize the counter on stacks
of more than 60 images, the counter will not initialize.
does anyone know what could be the problem and how to fix it?
thanks,
Noa

You are probably running out of memory. The Cell Counter creates a copy of the image or stack when you click on "Initialize". You can work around the problem by opening the stack using File>Import>Tiff Virtual Stack.
