Anyone could help,
I have just reached the necessity to extimate the coordinates of the
center of mass in a standard two dimensional scatterplot (e.g. green
versus red intesities often used in colocalization statistics) with
respect to so often third dimension in such a plot, meaning the number
of the pixels with corresponding intesity values.
The question is: Is there anyone aware of either the way or existing
plugin that would be able to produce the center of mass coordinates in
either single plane or stacked image using ImageJ ?
