chapters on image processing and analysis

Hello,

I hope this is not an inappropriate posting:  I am co-editing a book on Advanced Fluorescence Microscopy Techniques for Academic Press and I would like very much to include a few chapters on image processing and/or analysis for any of the super-resolution, selective plane illumination, etc.  I would also very much like something on trainable algorithms for feature identification or segmentation and am open to other suggestions.
