Hello,
I'm learning to use ImageJ.
I'd like a few pointers on how to get started.
I've revised a file input and output plugin to load
Z compressed xpm files.
These images contain 2 figures that are drawn on
to depict clinical findings.
I think that I need to use image clipping,
to restrict the drawing to the figures and
omit the surrounding blank region of the image.
Can you refer me to resources that would help
me figure out how to determine the Shape to be
used define the clipping path and how to use it
in a plugin to accomplish my goal?
