closing windows from esternal plugins

I created a macro in the imageJ and inside that macro I call a plugins called "Otsu Threshoulding." This plugin returns a window which shows the best threshoud round. Is there some way to close this window without pressing ENTER or clicking OK? I'm going to process a huge number of images and I can't close the window manually for each image.
