Hello,
I have a very simple question but I can't seem to find an effective method to do this. I have WDS images of six different elements that I am looking at in pottery pigment. I am trying to find where these elements overlap in the images and the area of this overlap, in order to learn more about the mineralogy. It seems like the plug-ins for colocalization are fancier than what I need to do, and don't tell the area. I have tried merging images but I believe this only shows colocalization when the intensity is equal for both images, which isn't a relevant constraint for me. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
