combine stacks one after another

Michael Cundell
Hi,

I have several .avi files I created using image J.  All i want to do is combine the .avi files and then resave them as a single .avi so that each movie plays one after the other.  I took a look at the stack combiner after searching imageJ mailing list for clues on how to do this but I dont want the images to play side by side.  Really all im trying to do is add the images in a stack to the end of another stack.  Any help would be appreciated.

thanks

Mike

Hi Mike,

The built-in ImageJ command Image > Stacks > Concatenate... should do this.
It has only been included since 1.42o (I think).

Julian
