Dear J user,

I would like to know if Image J can compare the animal outline? I mean, I
collect our embryos at different time and they have different outlines.  I
want to give a reference embryo picture at certain stage, and then let the
software to scan the picture to find the proper ones with high similarity.

Hi  Yisong,

It is a little hard to judge without seeing your images, but the
ShapeLogic 1.4 plugin might be able to help you if you can distinguish
different embryo stages solely based on their outline and average
color, using clear rules.
