compensate fainting images

中村 宗一
Dear imageJ users,

To obtain a 3D image, I took serial slice images of a whole cell under a microscope.  Signals of slices near the cell surface are strong, but they become faint gradually as the slices go deeper into the cell. Please help me how to compensate the gradual-fainting images of slices systematically.

Soichi
