Dear ImageJ users,
I am trying to make a contour map from a distribution of cells. I've attached two files. One picture has each cell marked as a dot and one is the contour plot that ImageJ Interactive 3D Surface Plot generates. This plot is effectively what I would like except the isolines appear to be based on pixel intensity. Is there a way I can generate a similar map, but where the isoline values are for cell density? Also, are there other ways to output the contour other than a .tif (such as an enhanced metafile?).
Thanks!
Helen
