contrast changing when Threshold window open

Cammer, Michael-3
We have been having a problem that the contrast constantly changes when the Threshold window is open.  We have been updating Fiji ImageJ regularly since March with this problem.

We have stacks of 16 bit images.

When the threshold window is closed, we can set the brightness/contrast and when we scroll through the stack, the contrast is fixed.  However, when the Threshold window is open, the contrast changes constantly as we scroll.  This happens regardless of the bit depth setting in B&C window.

I can fix this by setting a few pixels in the corner of the image throughout the stack to zero and a maximum value, but this changes the images.

Could we please have this fixed or an option added (unless there is one already and I haven't found it) so that the contrast stays locked where we set it?

Thank you!!

This bug should be fixed in the latest ImageJ daily build (1.53d20).
