I have a greyscale hyperstackstack, and the images should get darker from
the first timeframe to the last but they dont. It is as if the contrast is
re-calculated for each timeframe.
It is not just the display brightness, the actual pixel values seem to have
been recalculated by some LUT or calibration. How can I access the original
values?
(sorry for the near-duplication of a recent post, I refered to stacks
before to simplify the question but now I know stack and hyperstack
contrast is not treated the same)
