copy a stack into another stack

hi all

yeh that is all i want to do, copying an existing stack into another new stack

i am getting started as of today and it probably sounds like a noob question, but any any help to get me started would be really appreciated...

i have used some macro such as the StackProfilePlot as a template but i run into an error telling me the image is not selected or that there are no images at all...

this basically happens as soon as i remove the following line from the original macro

run("Plot Profile");

that I was trying to replace with a line to select my image.
