count two types of cells
Hello,
plz i need your help,, i need to count two types of cells the red cells pointed to by arrows and clear cells pointed to by arrowheads

Hi thuraya,
still looking for an answer?
Use the Color Deconvolution plugin
http://www.dentistry.bham.ac.uk/landinig/software/cdeconv/cdeconv.html
to separate your stains.
After that you can use/try common cell counting techniques (e.g. Thresholding, Particel Analyzer etc.

thanks alot for your reply.. i could count the purple cells using color Deconvolution plugin but again i couldn't count the white one.. please if you can help me to know how
