counting particles inside a cell

Dear all,

I'm counting particles inside a cell. I can make a ROI in one cell and
count the number of particles inside it using a threshold and the
Particle Analyser.

I have images with more than twenty cells/image and I need to analyse
more than 150 cells. So I want to get the number of particles in each
cell of one image without doing it one cell at a time.

I can use the ROI manager to select each cell of the image but then, How
can I count the number of particles in each ROI at the same time?

The particle analyser recognize the total number of particles in the
image but It seems that can not count the number of particles referred
to each of the ROIs that I made before.

Any help will be useful (perhaps some macro could help me..)
