hello all,
i'am not familiar to programming and i'am new to imagej.
i want to use the programm for generation of ratio pictures to visualize fret in living cells.
because it is a bit tedious to process óne pair of pictures (next timepoint; two channels) after another i have recorded the steps with the macro recording function.
how can i change the code so that when i open the next pair of pictures the macro can be applied? i guess that i have to introduce a variable which represents the file name, so that the macro recognizes the pictures?
