I have tracks of fly larvae moving in either (approximately) straight
lines, or with a tendency to go round in circles. Mtrack2 work great
to get the x/y coordinates of their path.
Is there any good way to measure the circularity or helical
characateristics, in a way that is independent of how long I track
them for?
