curvature using imagej

Hi,

    I have a 3D stack of raw data, showing (for example...) an ellipsoid
(in black) surrounded by white voxels and I would like to compute the
local mean curvature of this ellipsoid in 3D or even in 2D on each slice
of the stack.

    Any idea to do that with ImageJ is warmly welcomed.
