Dear ImageJ users & developers,
I need to segment a curved plane through a volume but can't use image intensity to identify the region. Does anyone know of a way to do this? Bezier curves to fit the plane would work well, but I'm open to suggestions. Ideally, once the plane was defined I would also be able to move it up and down and retrieve the slices separately or in a short z-stack. I would be very grateful for help with this problem, it has become a significant roadblock.
