Hello Surita,
do you mean to start ImageJ from the disk? I think that wouldn't work,
since ImageJ will try to write into its installation folders (for
example the recently opened images).
A complete installation (including java) should run from a USB-key,
although I haven't tried that yet.
If you only want to copy one customized installation from one machine to
another, copying the ImageJ folder and the links to start ImageJ works.
