This is my first post on this list. Thanks to Wayne Rasband and all contributors for this great
software.
This is regarding using images in DM3 (Digital Micrograph) format, using the plugin writtern by
Gregory Jefferis (available on ImageJ plugins page). When I read in a diffraction pattern recorded in
the TEM into ImageJ using the plugin, the scale parameters are not displayed. Further, a line drawn
on the diffraction pattern (to measure spot spacings etc) is shown with length in pixels instead of the
reciprocal units that should be displayed. Image -> Show Info shows that the units are correctly
transferred to imageJ by the plugin as 1/nm (reciprocal nanometres). How do I get ImageJ to
recognise diffraction patterns as reciprocal space images, much as it treats FFTs?
