Hi Hao,
This should work for PlugInFilters:
1: Change the type of the gray image to a color image, that should
make the input to your plugin a ColorProcessor.
2: ColorProcessor has a method: setColor(java.awt.Color color), use
that to set the color.
3: ImageProcessor / ColorProcessor has a drawOval(int x, int y, int
width, int height).
I looked this code up in ImageJ V1.38.
