Greetings, ImageJ afficionados!
I searched the email list archives and couldn't find info endothelial
tube formation beyond a couple previous requests. Is there a plugin or
macro that is comparable to the angiogenesis dropin in MetaMorph, v.7? I
need something that measures endothelial tube length and counts the
number of capillary branching nodes. I welcome any and all advice! Thank
