export coordinate values (x,y,z) of pixels in interactive 3D surface plot

Dear all

I want to use the depth information of the 3D model plotted by the interactive 3D surface plot. I plan to fix the scale, z-scale, and other parameters, and want to export the coordinate values of different 3D images with the same resolutions. I need this kind of data to process some machine learning methods.

I cannot find how to export the coordinate values. Could someone help me?

If imageJ cannot do this, does someone know if there is other software that can achieve this? Many thanks!!!

yea that would rock .. im searching also for something like that to export for 3d print.
