Please note that while you know exactly what data processing technique you
applied to what of type of data, using which exact plugin or menu item,
but that knowledge is inaccessible to the readers of this list.
So I'd like to suggest to describe precisely what data you are working on
(preferably with example images), what buttons you clicked and what
parameters you chose, along with a detailed description what result you
expect to receive and what result you get instead.
Without such an account, I am afraid it will be somewhere between
difficult and impossible to assist with the problem.
