exporting overlays and cell counts as vector graphics

Helen Lai
Dear ImageJ list,

Is there a way to export overlays in a vector graphic format that can be handled in Illustrator? Also, is there a way to export all the point labels from the cell counter in a vector graphics format? I am counting cells from 10 serial sections and want to stack them all on to one image to show the distribution of cells. I thought if I could export all the labels from the cell counter in vector graphic format, I could just put one on top of each other in Illustrator. I also need to export an overlay that helps me keep the orientation of the cells. Does anyone know an easy way to do this?

Thanks very much for your time!
Best,
Helen
